Returning Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on 07581202910 or ‘link to email’ so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.  If the package you receive is faulty or open please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value.

Online Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an online order, please contact us on 07581202910 or email ‘link’.

Please note, orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched.  If your order has been dispatched then we are unable to redirect it, please follow the Returns and Exchange instruction upon receipt. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please not exempt from any refund or exchanged are Bespoke, made to order jewellery, also exempt from any refund or exchange are earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If the jewellery has a fault upon receipt we will be happy to refund the original postage cost.

To return an item to us, please follow the steps below.

  • Contact us via telephone 07581202910 or email ‘link here’ to obtain a refund number.
  • Returns must be made within 7 working days of receiving the returns form.
  • Fill out the Returns Form included with your delivery. 
  • Securely package items in its original box.
  • Ensure you clearly write your Return Number on the Returns Form.

  • The customer is responsible for the postage, we recommend you use Special Delivery, or via any other secure, trackable service.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, these responsibilities are those of the customer.
  • If you do not have the Return Form, please contact us for another.

Please Note

  • Returns received outside the above stated timelines are accepted at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be issued within 20 days of receiving the return.
  • Returns received without a Return Form or Number will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to sender.
